Across the country I have been contacted by multiple media outlets wanting to hear more about my story. Although I don't quite think that I am newsworthy, I have had a few people request a single page with all of my media features from California to Burlington Vermont and beyond

When I showed up to work at Outdoor Campus West sometime in early July, I was surprised to find out that I would be meeting with a local newspaper reporter and television reporters from all 4 major networks in addition to a group of 25, 8-10 year olds.
Surprised is a little bit of an understatement...
The following morning I sat down at a diner that was recommended to me by a local. After I sat down and got a coffee, I noticed that the man opposite to me at the semicircular bar was holding open a newspaper with this shot on the cover.
This letter from my alma mater's president Jeffery Armstrong surprised me somewhere between Milwaukee and Chicago

I have spent a lot of time with habitat for humanity in the last few months but my favorite, without question, was the day I spent in Burlington, VT.
The group of workers I spent the morning and afternoon with made my day in what I refer to as "the Santa Monica of the Northeast" one of the most memorable of this entire trip.
